FACIAL.SCAN ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by LASHESBYREB, a business owned by Rebekah Piccolo, based in British Columbia, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the FACIAL.SCAN app and web portal (app.lashesbyreb.shop), how we use it, and the choices you have. FACIAL.SCAN is a professional tool used by two kinds of people:
Subscribers enter information about their own clients. For that client information, the subscriber is the party responsible for the data ("data controller"), and FACIAL.SCAN simply stores and displays it on the subscriber's behalf ("data processor"). Clients who want their information accessed, corrected, or deleted should contact the lash artist who recorded it.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect financial details, government IDs, health records, or other sensitive identifiers beyond what is listed above.
Photographs uploaded to FACIAL.SCAN are stored only as reference images for the subscriber's own records. We do not use facial-recognition technology, and we do not use these images to identify, track, or build a biometric profile of any person. The optional facial-scan experience helps a subscriber visually assess anatomy; the resulting design is based on the four anatomy values the subscriber enters, not on automated identification of the individual.
Subscribers are responsible for obtaining their clients' permission before taking, uploading, or storing any photograph or personal information in FACIAL.SCAN.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate FACIAL.SCAN. They process data only to provide their service to us:
Because some providers are based in the United States, information may be stored or processed outside of Canada. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected when it is handled by these providers.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
We keep subscriber and client information for as long as the subscriber maintains an account, so that client records remain available to the subscriber. A subscriber may delete individual client records (including photos) at any time inside the App. If you want your entire account and associated data deleted, contact us at info@lashesbyreb.shop and we will delete it within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep certain records by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Australia's Privacy Act, where they apply to you.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@lashesbyreb.shop. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are a client of a lash artist (rather than a subscriber), please contact that lash artist directly, as they control your information; we will assist them as needed.
FACIAL.SCAN is a professional tool intended for adult lash artists and is not directed to children. Subscribers must not enter information or photographs of a minor without the verifiable consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers by email or within the App.
